We’re growing and looking for an experienced Drain Technician who is confident diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple years of drain experience who wants to continue developing their technical skills and grow into a more advanced plumbing role over time.
We serve homeowners across the Denver Metro and have built our reputation on high-quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose residential drain and sewer issues
- Perform drain clearing and cleaning using professional drain equipment
- Clear kitchen, bathroom, laundry, mainline, and other residential drain stoppages
- Operate drain machines and other drain-cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Identify recurring or larger drain and sewer concerns and recommend appropriate next steps
- Perform basic drain and sewer inspections and troubleshooting
- Clearly explain findings and service options to homeowners
- Identify opportunities where additional plumbing repairs or further diagnostics may be needed
- Complete accurate job notes, estimates, photos, and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and proper equipment inventory
- Follow company safety procedures and protect the customer's home on every job
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential drain cleaning or drain service experience
- Experience operating residential drain-cleaning equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of residential plumbing and drainage systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Desire to continue learning and growing within the plumbing trade
Plumbing experience beyond drain cleaning is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation, the right attitude, and the desire to continue developing their career.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
