Overview The Ellisville Veterinary Hospital Client Service (CSRs) Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service to all clients and supporting the hospital each and every day. Our CSRs are the first and final contact for our clients and we firmly believe that being thoughtful, kind, and compassionate can go a long way. Our CSRs are a pillar in the foundation of our patient care and we are seeking those who can honor and present the protocols and practices put in place by our hospital.
Essential Functions/Job Duties
Provide customer service to clients by answering questions and assisting them through the check in/check out process
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
Organization and maintenance of both digital and paper client records
Communication liaison between specialty practices, pharmacies, and outside referrals.
Digital Pharmaceutical correspondence
Process payments and review paperwork with clients
Educate clients on wellness and preventative care
Possible assistance in the restraint of pets for vaccinations, blood draws, and other procedures.
Clean up after pets
Cleanliness of the exam and waiting rooms
Other duties as assigned

Education and Training
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
