POSITION DETAILS
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
OT Available
Some evenings/nights/weekends may be required
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Answering and directing incoming calls
Dispatching technicians efficiently
Scheduling service calls
Managing customer communication
Handling ServiceTitan like a boss
Supporting field technicians in real time
Creating work orders, job updates, and FOLLOWING UP!
Keeping organized during high-volume days
Helping create a positive, welcoming office atmosphere - and understands Chain of Command
Experience with OSHA, DOL, EEOC, Licensing, permits and zoning.
Utilizing AI tools and technology to improve workflow and efficiency
What We Are Looking For:
ServiceTitan experience REQUIRED
Dispatching experience REQUIRED
Construction/service industry experience is a HUGE plus
Computer savvy
Comfortable with basic office equipment
Experience using AI tools/technology
Strong Communication Skills
Thick skin + Positive Attitude + Integrity
Ability to multitask under pressure
Teachable/Trainable - willingness to continue learning
Reliable and Dependable a must
Dependable and Reliable Transportation
Team player mentality - ALWAYS!
