We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to expand our growing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of HVAC install experience to apply. If you are driven, ambitious, take initiative and have great communication skills, then our company will continue your training to be successful and reach your full potential. We are looking for honest dependable, and flexible individuals for this full-time position. You must be drug-free, able to pass a national background check, and have a clean driving record with a valid driver's license to be considered for this position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, as well as knowledge of the latest industry standards and technologies. The successful candidate will be able to read blueprints, install and maintain HVAC systems, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide excellent customer service. We are currently offering a $2500 sign on bonus for those individuals with at least 2 years of install experience, and a $5000 sign on bonus for those with at least 3 years of install and install team lead experience. Responsibilites:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the layout of HVAC systems.
- Test and inspect HVAC systems for proper operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems.
- Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Explain the system to the client upon finishing installation and make sure they understand and are 100% satisfied.
- All work must pass inspection and be to code.
