Overview
Elite Guard Security is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee, supervise, train and counsel the security officer personnel. The ideal candidate will posses a class D unarmed and class G armed license. The candidate will also have a strong background in supervising teams, security operations, customer care and customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a clean driving record.
Salary $19.00 -$20.00 Per Hr.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on security sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and program specifications.
- Utilize software tools such as Trak Tik Reporting, Vertilinc and Building Link platforms.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work performed by the security team.
- Train and monitor personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and members of the general public.
Skills.
- Experience in supervision and personnel management.
- 2-3 years experience in security.
- 2-3 years customer service.
- 1-2 years experience in security supervision.
