The Opportunity
We're seeking a high-energy, optimistic, and enthusiastic Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people. What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and text with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide expert guidance on policy questions, coverage options, billing, claims, and policy changes.
- Process endorsements, renewals, and new business support while maintaining accurate client records in our agency management system.
- Collaborate closely with agents to deliver seamless service and identify opportunities to better serve clients.
- Follow up proactively to ensure timely resolutions and high client satisfaction.
- Uphold compliance standards while contributing ideas to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in Colorado (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
- Excellent phone etiquette, clear verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with agency management software (EZLynx experience a plus) and standard office tools.
- A positive, optimistic, and helpful personality—someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to the team every day.
- Reliable, on-site presence in our Windsor office with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
