Job Summary
Strong experience in developing, writing, and debugging embedded C code
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Experience in developing, writing, and debugging code for embedded microcontrollers and processors (ARM and MSP430, preferred);
Should be an expert in C and C#, C++.
Develop firmware, validate and test firmware implementation on PCB
Hands-on lab experience in debugging microcontroller assemblies
Work interactively with electrical engineers to select a microcontroller and optimize the microcontroller/processor interconnections.
Work with systems and software engineers to test and implement firmware updates.
Implement firmware coding for ultra low power battery operated MCUs / Processors. Measure system power and optimize the power consumption.
Ability to adhere to coding standards, MISRA compliant coding guidelines, code static analyzers, etc.
Define requirements and specifications for firmware design implementation
Document firmware for release to production.
Skill Requirements
Should be an expert in C and C#, C++.
Experience with electrical lab tools (hand tools, multimeter, oscilloscope, analyzers, etc. for testing and debugging firmware in real-time on PCB.
