Home Services Runner

Full-Time | Year-Round
We are looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our Home Services team. This is a hands-on position that's mostly out in the field, helping keep our vacation rental homes ready for guests.
What You'll Do
- Deliver linens, supplies, and equipment to vacation rental homes throughout the Topsail Island area.
- Complete basic troubleshooting at properties, including smart locks, Wi-Fi, and other simple tasks.
- Review inspection reports and create work orders for housekeeping and maintenance.
- Keep inventory organized and stocked.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate with office staff, inspectors, vendors, and maintenance personnel.
- Help wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

- Comfortable working independently and solving problems as they come up.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Be comfortable using common hand tools, and handling simple troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to drive between properties throughout the workday.
- Clean criminal background.
- Full-time availability.
- Saturday availability.
- Participation in a rotating after-hours emergency phone schedule.
- Live within approximately 30 minutes of Topsail Island.
