Sunrise Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated, experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy services for a single client in the home setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT looking for a consistent schedule, daytime hours, and the ability to build meaningful rapport with one client and family.
Position Details
- Location: Madison, GA
- Schedule: 25–30 hours per week
- Setting: In-home
- Caseload: One client only
- Hours: Daytime hours (Monday–Friday)
- Start Date: As early as July 13, 2026
- Employment Type: Part-Time with potential for additional opportunities in the future
Requirements
- Current RBT Certification (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the supervising BCBA
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record accurate data during sessions
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and supervising BCBA
- Maintain professionalism and adherence to ethical standards at all times
