Summary:
The Quality Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between Cold Chain Technologies (CCT) Quality and the contract manufacturer, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange. In this role, you will collaborate closely with CCT’s internal Quality team, Client Service Representatives, Operations Liaison, and Buyers, as well as the manufacturer's quality team. Your main focus is to provide the guidance and oversight needed to guarantee that all contract-manufactured shipments meet CCT's and our customers’ strict quality standards and arrive on time.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Coordinate foreign material management, intake log management, communication with account managers and customers and the disposition of the foreign material.
· Coordinate First Article Inspection activities.
· Coordinate DMR management for nonconforming products.
· Conduct product audits and ensure efficient and effective line clearance processes.
· Prepare Certificates of Compliance (COC’s).
· Support CCT management team with customer audits
· Coordinate customer complaint investigations.
· Support CCT management team with customer related issues
· Assist the CCT Operations Liaison with training needs.
· Subject Matter Expert (SME) for any Quality questions or concerns the contract manufacturer has related to CCT product/processes.
· Follow all company safety guidelines.
· All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or technical field; preferably Engineering
· Minimum 2-4 years of applicable manufacturing experience in a quality assurance ISO environment, preferred.
· Experience working in an ISO-9001, or similarly regulated environment, trained ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor, preferred.
· Ability to build relationships, convey information clearly and handle complex issues.
· Ability to facilitate discussions between teams internally and contract manufacturer to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. Ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner.
· Strong organizational skills: managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to utilize MS Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Experience with a computerized ERP production control system
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. on occasion.
· Occasional travel as business needs demand
