Job Summary
We’re looking for ambitious, coachable, and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our hybrid selling team. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment, this is your opportunity to earn $100K–$250K+ annually.

Responsibilities
- Knock warm leads that are provided to create opportunity
- Conduct virtual consultations or in person with interested homeowners
- Manage a pipeline of pre-set appointments
- Close deals and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the decision-making process
- Collaborate with your team and leadership to improve performance
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of outside sales, phone sales, Door Knocking or consultative selling experience
- Strong closing skills and a persuasive communication style
- Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience in solar or home improvement sales
- 1+ years of experience in any of the following industries:
o Home Security Sales
o Satellite TV Sales
o Pest Control Sales
o Wireless Sales
o Home Automation/Smart Home Sales
o Direct Sales
o Roofing Sales
o Home Improvement Sales or Home Services
o Business to Consumer Sales
o Car Sales & Auto
o Experience in lead generation and/or sales management is a plus.
o Sales background or solar experience is highly desirable.
Compensation
- Commission-based role
- $100,000 - $250,000+ per year (based on performance)
