Inside Customer Service:

- Primary duties include inbound and outbound calling, e-mail communication, processing customer orders, invoicing customers, filing, data entry into Quick Books (required), general customer service

- Decisive and proactive
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
Experience:
- Answering phones, transferring calls, locating hard to find parts, greeting and taking care of office guests
- Necessary computer skills; Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and especially QuickBooks
- Customer Service
- Familiar with Point-of-Sale reports, handling Credit Card Transactions, Customer Returns, and Credit Memos
The first three months are probationary and will determine whether employment extension will be warranted and benefits granted.
We offer 13 PTO days and bonuses based on overall company performance. A resume with references is required.
This is a full-time opportunity and working hours are from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
