OUR INDUSTRY LEADING PAY STRUCTURE:
- $18 to $25 an hour.
- Tips: Average $500+ per month (approximately $3 to $5 an hour).
- W2 Full employee benefits (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (clean MVR)
- Demonstrated safe driving practices and ability to remain calm under pressure (e.g., heavy traffic)
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- At least 1 year of moving experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bilingual is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Responsibilities:
- Drive trucks to and from delivery locations.
- Maintain vehicle equipment; replace oil, fill gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances.
- Loading and unloading items with care and attention to detail, ensuring the protection of furniture and fragile items.
- Efficiently pack boxes, while protecting fragile goods.
- Unpack items and arrange them in their new location.
- Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions customers may have during the moving process.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper vehicle maintenance and adherence to DOT regulations.
