Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support by answering inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries about personal insurance policies.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims processing, and coverage options through clear and effective communication.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on policy renewals, surveys, or additional service opportunities, maintaining a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Enter and update client data accurately within our management systems using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and email skills to understand client needs thoroughly and offer tailored solutions.
- Support client services by handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
Qualifications
- A current NJ Producer License is REQUIRED
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to identify client needs and promote appropriate insurance products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Experience with outbound calling, call center operations, or customer support environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette, analysis skills, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
