Distribution Coordinator Rockstar
Fiasco Cases — Nashville Warehouse
About Us
We're Fiasco, we design and build innovative road cases for the live events industry where timing is everything and "almost on time" means you've already missed your cue.
Based in New Zealand and operating out of Los Angeles, we've built our reputation on delivering quality products when promised. Now setting up in Nashville, we’re looking for someone to make sure our newest operation runs like a perfectly choreographed production.
We value integrity, trust, respect, professionalism, and we're looking for someone who can build the kind of working relationships that stand the test of time (and tight deadlines).
The Gig
As our Distribution Coordinator in Nashville, you’ll be responsible for getting roadcase shipments ready on pallets or stacked in trucks to keep up with customer deadlines. Along with that, you’ll also be receiving case shipments from California.
If you love to multitask, thrive on "Right First Time" energy, and get a kick out of a perfectly palletised shipment or perfectly stacked truck, we want to hear from you.
Your Set List includes:
- Keeping the warehouse running at peak efficiency, think tight well-rehearsed show, not chaotic soundcheck
- Maintain a safe, healthy by-the-book workspace
- Book freight and get shipments show-ready
- Liaise with Customer Project Managers on upcoming dispatches
- Chase down freight companies on damage, delays, or lost gear
- Keep inventory records tighter than a snare drum
- Receive purchase orders into the inventory system
- Flag arrivals of Fiasco customer fixtures
- Liaise with your LA based counterpart on shipments between warehouses
