Job Summary
Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision to support site operations, maintenance, and daily workload requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other related duties may be assigned.
- Perform general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to:
- Lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Digging and refilling holes
- Mowing grass and trimming vegetation
- Operating basic tools and equipment
- Assisting team members with various on-site tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and site-specific guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or site leads.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Required: High school diploma or GED; 0–4 years of prior experience in general labor or a related field.
- Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent experience; 0–4 years of relevant work experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
