Washes,polish, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter. Sets up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks. Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
