We are seeking Building Maintenance professionals to join our team. A successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, while also providing exceptional customer service to our residents and staff.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems
- Perform tasks such as painting to maintain the appearance and functionality of our facilities.
- Fabricate or repair various building components as needed.
- Provide clear and concise communication to residents and staff regarding maintenance activities and schedules.
- Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to relevant safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the disposal of waste and recyclables.
Must have 2 to 3 years experience
Must be able to work weekends.
