This position will report to the Manager of the RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) Department. It is a hybrid position where you would be working in an office environment part of the day and in the production area part of the day. Each day would be different, depending on the workload and customer’s needs for that particular day and the RFID Manager’s needs. You will be interacting with Press Operations, Shipping Clerks, the Art Department, Owners, Production Managers and Customer Service Representatives and of course the end user Customer.

Job Description
· Receives orders via phone, fax, and email
· Ensures correct materials are ordered
· Issues Ship Dates
· Issues credits and returns
· Collect Information for Estimating Department
· Partnering with Estimating Department and Quote Pricing
· Order Entry
· Data Entry
· Filing
· Check in Inlay Deliveries
Quality checks finished material
Packs customer orders when needed
· Follows all Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) Standards
· Follows all Good Manufacturing Policy (GMP) Standards
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills required
- Detailed orientated
- Must be efficient in Excel and work efficiently within other computer programs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must possess the skills necessary to learn detailed aspects of job
- Steel Toe Shoes
- Must follow all Safety PPE requirements
- Must follow all GMP policies and procedures
- Acceptable attendance per the Repacorp Attendance Policy
