Job Title: AI Product Owner
Duration: 18 Month W2 Contract
Location: Jersey City | New York City
Required Pay Scale: $70-$79/hour
Product Owners with AI Custom Solutions experience
- Building an ai platform for the bank, that will basically be a GPT style repository of all info – market data, client data, financial data, etc.
- All teams will have access to it and be able to search across the entire organization for information rather than asking other teams, doing manual research etc

- Work includes:
- AI toll gates
- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) for data ingestion
- Agentic workflows
- AI governance, security, and framework-related initiatives

- Hands-on AI Product Experience
- Must have experience designing, implementing, or deploying custom AI solutions.
- Strong product ownership alone is not enough.
- Strong Understanding of AI Technologies
- Must be able to discuss AI systems, RAG, agentic workflows, AI architectures, and how AI solutions solve business problems.
- Needs credibility with highly technical AI engineers.
- Requirements Gathering + Technical Translation
- Able to work with users, gather business requirements, and translate them into AI product requirements for development teams.
Top 3 Nice-to-Haves
- Agentic AI Experience
- Building or delivering agent-based AI solutions.
- AI Governance / Security / Toll Gates
- Experience with AI controls, governance frameworks, security reviews, or AI compliance processes.
- Prior Software Development Background
- Not required, but former developers appear to perform well and get hired more frequently.
Responsibilities
- Tenant Adoption & Orchestra Launch Readiness
- Coordinate tenant adoption of new platform capabilities, model lifecycle changes, and other tenant-impacting updates.
- Assess tenant impact and adoption requirements to support successful deployment.
- Identify deployment gaps, mitigate risks, and drive resolution / escalation as needed.
- Use Case Release Planning & Readiness
- Maintain and communicate Orchestra AI use case release pipeline.
- Provide visibility into use case release progress, readiness checkpoints, and upcoming partner activities.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across functional and control partners that may impact the release roadmap.
- Tenant & Partner Communications
- Own recurring communications across Orchestra teams, tenants, and partner organizations.
- Communicate platform capabilities, deployment milestones, and adoption opportunities.
- Deliver training, workshops, and enablement activities to accelerate tenant adoption.
- Reporting & Insights
- Track platform adoption, onboarding progress, deployment milestones, and usage trends.
- Develop reporting and insights to support prioritization, planning, and management decisions.
- Prepare executive-ready updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
Required Skillset
- Program Execution: Manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through deployment.
- Adoption & Release Readiness: Assess tenant impacts and support successful adoption of new capabilities.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Partner Coordination: Drive alignment across platform, support, and control functions.
- Communication & Enablement: Develop communications, training, and adoption materials.
- Reporting & Insights: Track metrics and deliver actionable management reporting.
- GenAI Familiarity: Understanding of enterprise platforms and GenAI ecosystems.
