Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Roanoke team. In this role, you'll assist customers, drive sales across a diverse range of products—including firearms, jewelry, electronics, tools, and more—and help maintain an organized and welcoming sales floor.
Schedule:
Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Five-day work week with one weekday off. Closed on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Sell and upsell a wide range of merchandise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and pricing
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales goals

Qualifications:
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-driven
- Must be 18 or older
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly encouraged to apply
- Must pass a background check (required for handling firearms)
