Job Title: MAT Program Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) Program Specialist to support individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders. This advanced-level role involves coordinating client care, monitoring treatment compliance, and working closely with clinical and medical staff to ensure quality, consistent program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the MAT program, including client intake, scheduling, and follow-up
- Monitor client compliance with medication protocols and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Serve as a liaison between clients, medical providers, counselors, and support staff
- Provide education to clients on MAT protocols, medication management, and recovery resources
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
- Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal MAT program regulations
- Support data collection and reporting for program outcomes and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Advanced experience in MAT, substance use treatment, or behavioral health programming
- Strong knowledge of medication-assisted treatment protocols and recovery support practices
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Must be able to pass required background checks and clearances

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
