- Sales and/or customer service experience is a plus as is a genuine interest in automotive and customer service!

- Ability to learn quickly and use customized software and applications Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate via outbound phone calls, as well as email
- Follow approved scripts on outbound calls to ensure proper expectations have been set
- Use provided rebuttals to overcome objections and close sales
- Recommend and suggest products to achieve daily sales goals
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account information
- Process orders while communicating all essential customer account information Our ideal candidate is looking for a long-term stable position and has experience in administrative or customer experience roles and is technically savvy.
