Join Our Team as an In-Home ABA Therapist – Hampton, GA
Are you passionate about helping children and young adults thrive? We're looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients ages 2 to 24 in the Newnan, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, and Hampton, GA areas.
Whether you're just starting your career in behavioral health or looking to grow your hands-on experience, this part-time role offers the potential to transition into full-time—while making a real difference, one session at a time.
Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience and certification)
What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes based on individualized treatment plans
- Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and mentorship
- Work closely with families to support client progress and development

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs (ABA experience preferred)
- Comfortable working independently in home-based settings
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Newnan, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, and Hampton, GA
- Availability to work Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 months of direct ABA experience
- Willingness to travel to client homes across the service area
