Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Receive and enter customer orders, coordinating with production to ensure customer schedules are met on time.
· Analyze data to support informed decisions related to scheduling customer orders.
· Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, proficiently.
· Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support customer and production needs.
· Contribute to a collaborative team environment with a positive, professional work ethic.
