Clothes Mentor is a resale shop for women! We buy and sell gently used clothing and accessories and give customers CASH on the spot for their items! This position is for a minimum of 3 shifts a week (more shifts are available) which includes a Saturday evening shift 3p-9p that is required each week.
This is a permanent part-time or full-time position. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Shift Lead in Training. This dynamic role is designed for those who are passionate about resale, eager to develop leadership skills, and excited to learn the ins and outs of restaurant operations. As a Shift Lead in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in managing daily activities, purchasing items from customers, supervising team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. . Job Description
Exhibit excellent customer service, process customer transactions, ensure store visual displays are seasonally-correct and compelling, achieve store sales goals, tag and hang clothing, organize sales floor, ring transactions on a point of sale computer. Purchase items from customers, open/close the store.
Pay: $15.00 - $15.75 per hour
