Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building relationships with clients across various service categories. The position involves direct, face-to-face sales efforts, including door-to-door interactions, to promote a diverse range of services such as power washing, Christmas light installation, tree work, landscaping needs, junk removal, remodels, and small construction projects. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, personable, and capable of managing multiple sales activities on different days.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential customers through direct sales efforts, including door-to-door outreach.
- Generate leads by identifying prospective clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Present and promote a variety of services tailored to customer needs across different categories on a daily basis.
- Effectively communicate the value of services such as power washing, Christmas light installation, tree work, landscaping, junk removal, remodels, and small construction projects.
- Close sales by addressing customer questions and concerns while demonstrating product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals consistently through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions for follow-up and reporting purposes.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct customer engagement preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue new opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt sales strategies based on the service category or customer needs each day.
- Basic organizational skills for managing leads and tracking progress toward sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often required for door-to-door sales activities.

Pay: $54,627.91 - $120,000.00 per year
