Position Title: Chef de Partie
We are searching for two highly motivated cooks to add to our team at Veritas Vineyard and Winery.
The Events Chef de Partie – The events Team is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality food for weddings, private events, wine dinners, and special functions. This position ensures consistency, organization, and timely service while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
The Terrace Chef de Partie – The Terrace is responsible for preparing sandwiches, cheese and charcuterie boards, salads, and light fare while ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This position supports daily operations by maintaining product consistency, organization, and food safety standards.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
