Monday – Friday
What You'll Do
- Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Process laboratory samples accurately and maintain chain of custody documentation.
- Review analytical data generated from GC/MS and LC/MS/MS instruments.
- Analyze laboratory results and generate accurate reports.
- Upload and document laboratory results using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
- Verify sample identification and batch sequencing.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Communicate testing issues and results with supervisors and laboratory personnel.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean laboratory environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 1 year of analytical laboratory experience.
- Experience working with laboratory equipment and scientific instruments.
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and laboratory procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Comfortable handling biological specimens, chemicals, and laboratory equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GC/MS or LC/MS/MS instrumentation.
- Laboratory Information System (LIS) experience.
- Toxicology laboratory experience.
- Medical laboratory experience.
- Clinical laboratory experience.
- Environmental laboratory experience.
- Pharmaceutical laboratory experience.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
