Job Summary:
We are hiring reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers / Production Associates at our Tell City location. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for individuals who are team-oriented, dependable, and ready to work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with production tasks including grinding, sorting and inspecting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Meet or exceed daily production goals
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors
- Perform quality checks on products and report any issues
- Willingness to cross-train in multiple departments
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right individuals
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions
