POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Sales Representative is the primary revenue driver for both wildlife and pest control services at Network Pest Control. This role combines field-based wildlife inspections and closing with active self-generated lead development — including cloverleafing adjacent properties when schedule permits, door-to-door canvassing during available field time, and daily outbound calls from prior customer and lead lists. In the office, this rep manages their open pipeline, follows up on all unsold opportunities, and converts inbound pest control inquiries into recurring service agreements. Every hour of this rep's time is pointed at one thing: generating and closing revenue across both service lines.
ABOUT NETWORK PEST CONTROL
We are Network Pest Control. We provide professional wildlife management, pest control, and exclusion services across Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri, and we are growing rapidly. Our mission is to protect properties and enhance peace of mind through effective, humane, and long-term solutions.
We are Aligned and Transparent in our pursuit to help every team member reach their personal, professional, and financial goals through the work we do together. Our core values guide every hiring and leadership decision: Aligned, Transparent, Accountable, Adaptable, Results-Oriented, and Networked.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
The following objectives define success in this role, listed in order of priority:
- Conduct thorough residential and commercial wildlife inspections — identify entry points, wildlife activity, structural damage, and recommended solutions. CompanyCam projects are created by the office at booking; take photos of all exterior entry points, interior findings, and areas of concern before leaving the property. No inspection is complete without full CompanyCam documentation.
- Present two proposal options at every wildlife inspection — a full exclusion scope and a partial exclusion scope — priced to achieve a minimum 50% gross margin. Both options must be clearly presented before leaving the property.
- Close wildlife contracts on-site when possible. If not signed on-site, send the written contract to the customer the same day. No contract sits unsent overnight — ever.
- Cloverleaf adjacent properties when time permits after an inspection — when schedule allows, knock a minimum of 2–4 neighboring homes to introduce NPC services. Knocking more is a bonus. Document all doors knocked and any leads generated in the daily activity log.
- Convert inbound pest control inquiries into active service agreements — present Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum plan options, explain the barrier system and warranty structure, and close the sale on the call. Set up card on file and autopay before ending the interaction.
- Conduct outbound calls daily from prior customer lists, lapsed accounts, and open lead lists in PestAI — minimum daily outbound activity targets set by Craig. Every contact attempt is logged in PestAI with date, outcome, and next step.
- Execute door-to-door canvassing in target zones during down time between inspections or when the inspection calendar has open blocks — door-to-door is never wasted time.
- Follow up every business day on all open and unsold proposals — one documented touch per day, every day, until the customer commits or is formally abandoned. No open proposal goes beyond 48 hours without documented follow-up in PestAI.
- Manage the PestAI/GHL pipeline in real time — enter the sale value at inspection, move to Estimate Sent same day, move to Sold the same day a job closes. Pipeline must reflect real-time status at all times.
- Hand off every sold wildlife job to the office and field team with a complete, accurate work order in Fieldwork — scope, materials, access notes, customer expectations, and special conditions — before the crew is dispatched.
- Port every new customer accurately into Fieldwork at the point of sale — name, address, phone, email, tax rate, and card on file. No data errors.
- Request a Google review from every customer at close of every completed job. Document the request in the daily activity log.
- Identify and present pest control add-on program opportunities to active wildlife customers at time of sale or during follow-up.
- Document all inspections, proposals, notes, follow-up activity, and outcomes in Fieldwork and PestAI the same day they occur.
- Complete a minimum of 15 minutes of Cardone University sales training every business day — log completion and apply learnings to active sales conversations.
- Ensure humane treatment of all wildlife and full compliance with Arkansas wildlife regulations and NPC ethical standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
