Paul Transportation is looking for a motivated Driver Manager to lead and support a fleet of professional flatbed drivers. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned fleet of professional flatbed drivers, providing daily support, guidance, and problem resolution.

Coordinate freight assignments and driver schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries while maximizing fleet productivity.

Build strong working relationships with drivers through consistent communication, coaching, and proactive support to promote retention and performance.

Monitor and ensure compliance with DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS) requirements, and company policies.

Coordinate driver home time, equipment needs, maintenance concerns, and other operational priorities to keep drivers successful on the road.

Work closely with customers, operations, and internal departments to quickly resolve issues and maintain exceptional service.

Analyze fleet performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, fuel economy, driver satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

Participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule to support drivers and address operational needs as they arise.
Qualifications

Experience leading people, managing customer relationships, coordinating operations, or solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

Backgrounds in transportation, dispatch, logistics, account management, customer service, retail management, operations, or similar leadership roles are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.

A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships and helping others succeed.

Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with a start time before 8:00 AM and participate in an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation.

Transportation, dispatch, or trucking experience is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), or flatbed operations is a plus, but we'll help the right candidate learn the industry.
