Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information in both Russian and English
- Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure all documents are accurately proofread and organized
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating clerical tasks
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in both languages
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Russian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and phone etiquette
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Previous experience in office management or personal assistant roles is a plus
