Midstate Mechanical is currently accepting applications for experienced Commercial HVAC Pipefitter Trades . As a member of our growing Commercial HVAC Trades-Focused Crews, you will, among other responsibilities:
Work on trade-specific HVAC new and/or enhanced/tenant-improvement-related commercial projects
Read/interpret contract documents, architectural, structural and mechanical drawings
Read/interpret submittals and shop drawings
Perform layout and installation of trade-specific piping and/or sheet-metal focused items and materials
Install, update, troubleshoot and/or repair trade-specific/project-specific assignments
Perform other trade-specific assignments and tasks.
To be considered:
Journeyman Level: High school diploma or GED preferred AND at least five (5) years of recent, relevant experience in your trade, closely related responsibilities OR any combination of education and/or recent, relevant experience to perform the job duties of this position. City of Phoenix Journeyman License required along with OSHA 10 Hr.
Foreman Level : High school diploma or GED preferred AND at least eight to ten (8-10) years of recent, relevant experience in your trade in the commercial sector, closely related responsibilities OR any combination of education and/or recent, relevant experience to perform the job duties of this position. City of Phoenix Journeyman License required along with OSHA 30 Hr.
Certified Pipe Welder : High school diploma or GED preferred AND Section IX certification, relevant experience in your trade, closely related responsibilities OR any combination of education and/or recent relevant experience to perform the job duties of this position.
You must possess all tools required to perform assigned job duties. You must be able to lift and/or carry heavy, bulky items, supplies and/or materials weighing up to 100 pounds. You will be exposed to extreme weather and other environmental conditions associated with work on a construction site. You MUST have reliable transportation. Our work is not seasonal—-we hire to fit our needs.
