We are halfway through our summer season and need energetic, reliable team members to jump in immediately and help us finish strong! This dual-role position splits time between our high-volume camp kitchen and cooking on our busy food truck. - Cook & Prepare Food: Assist with meal prep and cooking in both the camp kitchen and the food truck.
- Serve with Energy: Provide fast, friendly service to campers and staff.
- Maintain Safety: Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols.
- Manage Inventory: Help restock supplies and practice proper FIFO food rotation.What We Are Looking For:
