As a General laborer for HomeSpec, you will be on a team that goes to customers homes to safely install high quality foundation and waterproofing repair products and provide the customer with a remarkable experience. But thats not all, you will also be impacting homeowners lives by solving the most serious issues with their homes.

What You Would Do as a General Laborer:
-
Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job
-
Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods; jobs include drainage systems, foundation repairs, and working in crawl spaces & basements

Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company

Provide a remarkable experience to our customers
-
Be a team player with 3-4 other crew members
-
Crew members work Monday-Friday; typically 40-50 hours a week
What you will need to be successful in the role, as a General Laborer
:-
A valid drivers license with a safe driving record

Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability
-
1+ year(s) of experience in construction or a related field is preferred
