Magnetism Motors is a premium pre-owned luxury and exotic dealership in Lawrenceville, GA with 300+ vehicles in stock — BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Tesla, Lamborghini, Bentley. We're hiring Automotive Sales Consultants who want uncapped commission earnings with a guaranteed floor while they ramp.
Compensation
This is a commission position with a guaranteed weekly draw.
- Guaranteed draw: $12 UPTO $15 per hour for every hour worked, paid every pay period regardless of sales
- Commission: FLAT of front-end gross and back-end gross on every unit you deliver
- How it works: Your draw is an advance against commissions. Each pay period, we calculate your commissions earned and subtract the draw you've already received. You keep the difference. If commissions don't cover the draw, you still keep the full draw — but the shortfall carries against future commission earnings.
- Volume bonuses at 16, 21, and 28+ units per month, paid on top and subject to draw recovery
- CSI / review bonuses
- Realistic first-year earnings: $72,000–$108,000. Top performers: $130,000+
Translation: you never take home nothing, and there's no ceiling on what you can earn. Producers clear their draw in the first week of the month and everything after that is upside.
What You'll Do
- Work inbound internet leads, phone-ups, and walk-in traffic on high-line inventory
- Respond fast — most of our customers start online and shop across multiple states
- Present and demo vehicles, explain condition reports, service history, and options
- Structure deals with the desk and hand off clean to F&I
- Follow up on unsold traffic and past customers for repeat and referral business
- Keep your CRM current — every lead, every note, every task
- Own the delivery: walk the customer through the car, the paperwork, and the follow-up
What We're Looking For
- Retail automotive sales experience preferred; we'll train the right person with a strong retail, hospitality, or phone-sales background
- Comfortable with CRM and desking tools; able to work leads without being chased
- Genuine interest in cars — our customers know their vehicles and can tell when you don't
- Professional appearance and communication in person, by phone, and over text/email
- Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus
- Valid Georgia driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Available evenings and Saturdays — that's when buyers show up
