Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling POS systems and sales transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and general opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; full service experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures

Pay: $2.58 - $25.00 per hour
