Here are our expectations for our technicians at Saints Automotive…
Duties:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across all makes and models.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs and required parts.
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Repair or replace faulty parts, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems using a combination of your tools and shop-supplied diagnostic equipment/scanners/lifts/etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area as well as accurate records of all services performed on vehicles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Our ideal Technician has the following qualifications:
- Five years of proven experience as an automotive mechanic or service technician.
- Verifiable history of being a steady, reliable technician. If you prefer to bounce from job to job every year, this isn’t the fit for you.
- A positive attitude that takes pride in your work!
- ASE Certifications preferred. You’ll be expected to get and maintain ASE certification while you work here.
- Must have your own tools for performing repairs.
- Strong knowledge across makes, models, and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
