We are a safety-first, quality-driven contractor looking for dedicated professionals who take pride in building the infrastructure of our communities. Whether you are an experienced Foreman looking to lead a new team, or a skilled Pipe Layer ready for a stable home, we have a place for you.
Note to Candidates: We are hiring for multiple positions across our utility crews. We encourage both intact, pre-existing crews and individual specialists to apply.
Positions We Are Filling:
- Crew Foremen: Experienced leaders capable of managing site safety, reading blueprints, directing crew activities, and ensuring production goals are met.
- Pipe Layers: Skilled tradespeople with experience laying water, sewer, storm drain, or gas lines. Must understand grades, trench safety, and rigging.
- Heavy Equipment Operators: Proficient in operating excavators, loaders, motor grader, and backhoes around active utilities.
- Skilled Laborers: Motivated team players eager to assist with rigging, shovel work, and learning the utility trade.
What You’ll Do:
- Install underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage, etc.) to project specifications.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, including trench safety, excavation hazards, and PPE requirements.
- Collaborate as a cohesive unit to meet daily production targets safely and efficiently.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and hand/power tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in heavy civil, earthwork, or underground utility construction (required experience varies by role).
- A strong commitment to safety and a drug-free work environment.
- Reliable transportation to get to job sites.
- Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- For Foremen: Proven leadership experience and a valid driver's license.
