Position Summary
Diathrive Health is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support daily shipment operations at our facility near the airport. This role is responsible for accurately boxing and unboxing incoming and outgoing shipments, safely operating warehouse equipment, and helping ensure diabetes supplies are processed and shipped efficiently to members.
Key Responsibilities
- Box and unbox incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
- Safely lift and move packages and materials up to 50 lbs
- Operate a pallet jack to move product throughout the warehouse
- Inspect shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness
- Label, sort, and stage packages for outbound shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with warehouse safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
- Communicate any shipment discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor
Qualifications
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
- Comfortable operating a manual or electric pallet jack (training provided if needed)
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent weekday schedule
- Able to stand, bend, and move for the duration of a 4-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Schedule Details
This is a part-time, Monday through Friday position with a choice of two available shift windows: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 12:00 PM–4:00 PM. Consistent weekly availability during one of these windows is required.
