- The Sr Project Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for high-rise construction projects.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
- Oversee project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved.
- Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities.
- Coordinate effectively with ownership groups, architects, engineers, consultants, and field operations teams.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project staff.
- The Sr Project Manager must identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Manage project reporting and communicate progress with executive leadership.
- Drive successful project delivery from preconstruction through final turnover.
