Duties

- Oversee comprehensive business management activities, including financial oversight, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Cultivate strong relationships with board members, stakeholders, partners, and community leaders to support organizational objectives
- Drive fundraising efforts for business development and program expansion through innovative campaigns and donor engagement
- Manage executive-level teams across departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and program delivery to ensure cohesive performance
- Foster a collaborative organizational culture that emphasizes leadership development, accountability, and operational excellence
- Supervise management functions related to nonprofit financial management, nonprofit operations, and strategic planning initiatives
- Lead efforts in marketing and brand positioning to elevate organizational visibility and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee operational management processes to optimize efficiency, compliance, and quality standards across all functions
Skills
- 20+ experience in corporate strategy development with a track record of executing successful growth initiatives
- Strong executive leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change
- Extensive business management expertise encompassing financial oversight, budgeting at an executive level, and operational control
- Demonstrated success in fundraising for nonprofit or social enterprise ventures as well as business development strategies
- Exceptional team management capabilities with experience supervising senior leaders and fostering high-performance environments
- Strategic planning proficiency aligned with nonprofit financial management experience when applicable
- Excellent collaboration skills for working effectively with board members, partners, and diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of nonprofit management principles combined with entrepreneurial agility in fast-paced settings
- Leadership in managing complex operations while maintaining a focus on mission-driven outcomes
- Strong communication skills that facilitate transparent dialogue across all levels of the organization
