Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Detail Manager to lead and oversee all detailing operations for both the shop and 2 mobile units. In this vital role, you will ensure all jobs are meeting and exceeding company standard, all while managing a detail department of 8 detailers. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold company standard, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Look over all detail jobs to ensure quality and deadlines are being met
- Coordinate with leadership team to conduct team meetings
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Perform detail jobs at the shop
- Train detailers on proper procedures and quality
- Ensure all work spaces are kept clean (Including mobile units)
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role and as a detailer
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors seamlessly.
- 2+ years experience as a detailer
- 2+ years experience in a leadership role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
