Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administrative support within a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands precision, professionalism, and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical point of contact for both internal teams and external business partners, managing complex schedules and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for senior leadership. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of service and communication.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars for senior leadership, including scheduling and coordinating high-priority meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate all travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and accommodations
Process and reconcile business expenses and support budget management activities
Serve as a primary point of contact for external customer interactions, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
Coordinate team meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up communications
Manage team space coordination and facility-related needs
Oversee procurement of goods and services, including office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Maintain team requests and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Support department financial operations and personnel-related administrative tasks
Complete special projects and provide general office support as assigned
Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative support role supporting senior or executive-level management
Demonstrated experience in customer service or customer-facing responsibilities
Background in coordinating meetings, events, and travel logistics
Experience managing procurement processes and vendor relationships
Complex calendar management with demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities
Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in customer-facing contexts
Experience managing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and budget tracking
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and polished interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of management and external partners
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Additional Details:
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 4 days onsite)
Duration: 3 months
Pay Range*: $27.50 - $31 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non-Exempt
