BARTENDER
We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Bartender who is confident preparing classic and craft cocktails and knowledgeable about spirits, wine, and beer. Bartenders are responsible for providing engaging and attentive guest service while maintaining speed and accuracy during busy shifts, preparing beverages to recipe and presentation standards, taking food and beverage orders, handling payments accurately, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and completing opening and closing responsibilities. Candidates should be professional, personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
BUSSER
Our Bussers play an important role in maintaining the flow, cleanliness, and appearance of the dining room. Responsibilities include clearing and properly resetting tables, maintaining table cleanliness throughout service, keeping service stations stocked and organized, and assisting the service team as needed. Successful candidates should move with urgency, pay close attention to detail, anticipate what needs to be done, and understand the importance of teamwork and cleanliness in creating a great guest experience.
SERVER ASSISTANT
Server Assistants work closely with our Servers to provide attentive, polished, and efficient service throughout the guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting with table setup and maintenance, delivering food and beverages, refilling water, clearing between courses, maintaining service stations, communicating guest needs to Servers, and anticipating what the table needs before being asked. Candidates should understand proper restaurant service standards, have strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
BARBACK
Barbacks are responsible for keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, organized, and prepared so our Bartenders can provide fast and efficient service. Responsibilities include stocking beer, wine, liquor, ice, glassware, garnishes, and supplies; changing kegs; removing trash and empty bottles; maintaining bar and storage area cleanliness; and assisting with opening and closing duties. Candidates should be hardworking, organized, physically capable of handling the demands of the position, and able to anticipate the needs of the Bartenders throughout service.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specific position for which they are applying. Full-service restaurant experience is strongly preferred. We are specifically looking for experienced candidates who can step into a busy restaurant environment with a solid understanding of their position, restaurant service standards, teamwork, professionalism, and guest hospitality.
