What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
- Execute recipes while maintaining EVOO's high standards for quality and presentation.
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout every shift.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Help maintain the positive, team-oriented culture that makes EVOO a great place to work.
What We're Looking For
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
- Passion for fresh food and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Weekend availability is required.
Restaurant Hours
Our kitchen operates 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM, allowing our team to enjoy a healthy work-life balance without late-night closings.
