Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to guests by taking orders accurately, serving food promptly, and addressing any special requests or concerns with enthusiasm.
- Lead shift operations by supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow during busy hours.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all dishes meet quality standards, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Train new team members on service procedures, food handling, safety protocols, and restaurant policies.
- Support kitchen management by supervising food production processes and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Server with quick service & fast food restaurant experience; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety management, and inventory control.
- Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Previous experience in hospitality management or food service management is highly desirable.
