Four A Constructs is seeking a Bilingual Carpentry Supervisor to lead small carpentry crews in a manufacturing warehouse located in Campobello, SC.
This is a full-time, year-round position in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has carpentry experience, can read blueprints, communicates in both English and Spanish, and enjoys leading small teams while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead small carpentry crews.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Ensure quality workmanship and production standards.
- Train and support team members.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with English-speaking management and Spanish-speaking employees.
- Help resolve production issues and keep projects on schedule.
- Assist with carpentry work when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a small crew preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in residential, modular home, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
