Our dedicated Patient Care Coordinators handle scheduling and patient communication so you can focus on providing exceptional care.
Administrative Support
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy.
- Facilitate group psychotherapy.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Treat depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions common among older adults.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
